These workshops have been created from my desire to empower women to know their true worth, their sacredness and their divinity.

I love sharing the wisdom I have gained through my own inner journey and through my never-ending thirst for knowledge through studying Holistic Counselling, delving into the mysteries of the Divine Feminine, Mindfulness, Embodiment, Energy Healing and many other aspects for inner and outer growth.

Nothing fills me with more passion than to know that I can share the wisdom that I have gained and inspire women to tune into their own divine wisdom. To support women to have the confidence and tools to create the lives of their dreams, so that they in turn can uplift those around them and bring loving empowerment to their families and communities.

Joy Workshop 

Bringing more joy into your life is easier than you think and has a bigger impact on your entire life than you may realise.

Joy is our natural state that we are meant to be in most of the time. Joy is the vibration of the creative universe, it is the vibration that creates worlds and where dreams and desires are born.

This self-paced workshop is about cultivating more joy into your life, using techniques to capture joy more and more in the easiest areas of life and expanding it out into the trickier areas. This workshop does not teach about pushing away negative emotions, there are practices to support you to embraces all emotions with acceptance so joy can shine more brightly & become the dominant state for you.


Being more joyful on a regular basis not only improves your mental and emotional wellbeing, it also improves your physical health and all the experiences you have in your life. Your relationships improve, new opportunities become apparent and your life takes you on more of a fun adventure.

Joy is a natural state that we are supposed to be in most of the time. We have been sidetracked from this natural state through societal conditioning, limiting beliefs and other factors. We can, however, deliberately choose to bring more  joy into our lives. Once it becomes a habit it is easier and easier to achieve. 

While joy was always meant to be our dominant state, this does not diminish the importance of our other emotions. This workshop is not about ignoring or suppressing other emotions such as sadness, fear, anger, grief etc. A practice to support you to gain the wisdom from negative emotions and then release them is included in the workshop (Releasing Emotions Practice).

The core of the workshop can be done in 2 hours and the tools/practices provided can be used ongoing throughout your daily life to bring more joy. Dedicating 30 minutes a day to the Joy practices will give you the best benefits.

This workshop includes:
 

  • Joy Guided Meditation

  • Releasing Emotions Practice

  • Daily joy practice tools

  • A Joy Journal with prompts

  • Science backed fact sheets on the benefits of joy (singing and laughing)

  • Joy affirmations 

 

All of these are designed to support you to consciously bring more joy into each day.
