Breath Meditation - Mindfulness
This meditation supports you to focus on the present moment so that you can access calm & clarity. When you consciously choose what to focus on, you are more easily able to think positively and find solutions.
Mindfulness changes your relationship with your thoughts. With regular practice you become less controlled by limiting thoughts and beliefs.

Releasing Emotions Practice
The Releasing Emotions Practice is a powerful practice that supports you to accept all of your emotions (from fear and anger to grief and sadness), so that you do not feel stuck or held back by them and can gain the wisdom that these emotions contain.
Using deep breathing, visualising, vocalising, moving and touch all help to move the energy, the more elements you use the faster the energy moves.
Pay close attention to how you feel during this practice, this is your guidance, not what you are thinking but how you are feeling is the strongest indicator of the work you are doing.
You may feel a big release or a little release, it will be different with each practice and no feeling is right or wrong but every feeling is important and the more you tune in to the feelings the more wisdom will flow to you and the insights will become clearer and there is nothing more powerful than tuning into these insights, the divine wisdom that we all have access to.

Mindfulness Journal
Mindfulness is a powerful practice that brings awareness to the thoughts and beliefs that are negatively affecting our lives.
As we become more aware of our thoughts it strengthens our ability to question which thoughts/beliefs that we want to keep and which ones we would like to change. Being able to question these thoughts empowers us to detach from them and acknowledge that they are just thoughts and not actually facts. This awareness helps us to have more control over what beliefs/thoughts we are going to keep and which ones we can let go of.
This mindfulness journal contains prompts to support you to become more aware and awake to your surroundings and what you are doing (e.g. thinking, feeling, moving). Through this practice you become more aware of patterns of thoughts/beliefs/habits that are unhelpful and are negatively affecting your life. Identifying these thoughts/beliefs/habits gives you the ability to begin to make positive and mindful changes.
Mindfulness is so beneficial for your overall wellbeing. Practicing mindfulness is simple and as with all practices it takes time to develop this skill until it becomes a natural habit. So be easy on yourself, have fun, don’t pressure yourself and enjoy the mindfulness journey.
