From severe anxiety to joyful and calm with my Anxiety Transformation Program

Growing up I felt fearful most of the time. I had panic attacks daily and was on high alert most of the time, fearing physical and psychological attack. Even small things like the phone ringing would cause me to panic when I was a small child. Some people preyed upon my insecurities, and I was bullied throughout my childhood. All of these factors led me to fearing people and unexpected situations. I second guessed my instincts and often never told my family about things that happened to me. I was lost, fearful and full of shame.


All of this changed in my mid 20’s when I discovered I had anxiety and began the work to transform my life. I now live a life in which I feel relaxed, safe, joyful and a deep sense of worthiness and confidence in who I am and my purpose.


Experiencing how much my life changed from constant thoughts of dread and fear into positive thoughts of fun and an ever expanding life of possibilities I knew I had to pass on this wisdom to others.
