Curiosity to release negativity.

When we get curious about our thoughts, we change our relationship with the thoughts we are having. We switch from believing in every thought, to being able to contemplate them from a new angle.
With practice we are able to view things from a new perspective. This helps us to get unstuck from our limitations and see the opportunities that we were once blind to.
We get to choose how we view the world and ourselves. In time we can see the world as a place in which we thrive, and we can experience our full potential when we let go of the limiting thoughts that were holding us back.
Next time you notice yourself feeling negative, get curious about the thoughts you are having and be open to looking at them through an objective lens.
Be playful and curious, the more light-hearted you are the easier it is to let go of limiting thoughts.
